The φ 2300 * 25 ㎜ spiral steel pipe (suit φ 2100 * 25 ㎜) produced by Xinyida Steel Pipe Group is a pile pipe used for exporting the "the Belt and Road" contracted African bridge project, which has successfully passed the quality inspection.
This project has a tight schedule and heavy tasks. The group leadership has coordinated and mobilized all levels, making every effort to ensure quality and meet the deadline. Especially, strict control has been exercised over various indicators such as steel pipe straightness, ovality, pipe end groove, cutting angle, and internal and external quality of welds. According to an average daily delivery plan of 15 vehicles, production, transportation, casing, support, loading, and shipping have been carried out simultaneously. As of October 27th, the first shipment of 60 sets of 120 steel pipes has been sent to Africa, and subsequent contracts are still in full swing.
